The survey of 500+ lawyers across the UK found:
- Four-fifths of law firm leaders believe loyalty is declining.
- Two-thirds of leaders believe associates are less interested in making partner.
- Three-quarters of associates plan to stay in private practice in the near future.
- A quarter of associates have partnership aspirations in their five-year plan.
- Work-life balance is considered more important than salary when job searching.
