Prosperity Law wanted to get more out of their case management system

Looking to drive efficiencies in the firm in his new role as head of residential property, Warren switched to Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) and Redbrick Solutions integration – moving away from a previous search provider to take full advantage of the well-established partnership, as Warren commented:

“I wanted to try and get our case management system (CMS) working even more efficiently, and finding out that Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) had a well-established integration with Redbrick was an ideal opportunity for us. The integration had a noticeable impact on our search ordering – giving us search ordering and results delivery via our Redbrick CMS, which has saved us a lot of time already.”

The switch itself also went smoothly, says Warren: “From day one, we were up and running. It was great to see that the CDS and Redbrick Solutions teams had already got everything set up behind the scenes for us. So, as far as my team was concerned, it was pretty much a case of hitting the button and getting started straight away.”

By switching to the CDS and Redbrick Solutions integration, Prosperity Law LLP instantly benefitted from time-savings including:

  • Placing a search order without leaving the Redbrick portal
  • Having all case matter information pre-populated
  • Receiving reports directly back to the Redbrick case file

And more. As Warren continued: “We’ve been working with the CDS/Redbrick integration for around 6 months now. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our search ordering ever since. The integration means it takes us seconds to order a search, as it also pulls through the address, local authority and water provider. It also drags the plan through, so there’s no need to manually upload. For me, anything that saves on the admin time of ordering searches is great, and this integration delivers on that.”
