Numerous industries are leveraging the artificial intelligence advancements to automate and eliminate manual and redundant processes. 

AI can potentially automate high volume procedures, such as electronic discovery, due diligence, legal research, and document drafting, significantly enhancing and boosting the overall client experience. 

However, a recent survey found that a majority are yet to tap into the vast potential of AI technologies and innovations. 

For example, a survey revealed that 77% of in-house legal teams don’t use artificial intelligence. Moreover, at least 90% of the respondents said they do not know whether their law firms leverage AI capabilities for specific purposes. 

More than half stated they are not interested in utilising AI.
